These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access and use of our website and related offerings (Services). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

3. Fees and Payment

Our Services may require payment of fees as described on our website. All fees are due in advance, non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and denominated in the currency specified at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Refund requests for service subscriptions must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and processed within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request a transfer of your service subscription to another eligible user at no additional cost.

Certain personalized consulting sessions and custom implementations are non-refundable due to the allocation of dedicated resources. By purchasing these offerings, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be provided.

4.2 Digital Info Products

Digital content such as downloadable guides or templates are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of instant delivery, all sales of digital info products are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact customer support for assistance.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical materials, if offered, may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our support team for instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 15 business days of receipt and processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

5. Cancellation and Transfers

You may cancel subscription-based Services at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may transfer an active subscription to another user by contacting our team.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
